Asics Gel Contend 9 - cushioning and support for everyday running
.Asics Gel Contend 9 are running shoes that combine comfort and solid cushioning well. They will work well for training on hard surfaces, but also for everyday use. The jacquard-textile upper is lightweight and breathable, so the foot has constant access to air and does not overheat during movement. Stability is improved by synthetic reinforcements that support the foot without stiffening the entire structure. A soft collar and classic lacing allow the shoe to fit the foot well, which translates into comfort during prolonged running. A combination of AmpliFoam™ and Gel™ technology located in the rear sole is responsible for the cushioning. This makes the landing softer and the shocks less noticeable. The OrthoLite insole increases comfort and helps keep the inside of the shoe fresh. The entire shoe is completed with a rubber sole that provides traction and durability on a variety of surfaces.
